Will you be re-stocking (insert item name)?

Many of our items are handmade which makes them unique. This means at times stock is limited, and some items are one-of-a-kind or limited to a season. If you see something you'd like to purchase please do so if it's within your budget.  

Why has the price of an item gone up?


Unfortunately this happens at times. We strive to provide fair market pricing and value. 

For handmade items we are subject to changes in the price of materials. For our decor and crystals, the pricing is based on changes in the market passed on from our partners.

Are all prices including BTW/VAT?


Yes, all products are including your local BTW/VAT rate calculated at checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Prices are automatically calculated at check out. Please note we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

International orders ship via UPS or Fedex click on either to view recent covid updates.


Can I pick-up my Order in Waddinxveen?

Not at this time. 


I still haven’t received my order, how do I check the status?

We’re sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. Please check the status of your order with the track and trace number provided in your confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 30 days please contact us by email.

We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you. In most cases, your parcel has been sent with insurance and you might be eligible for a refund. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. We can not cover the costs for ‘resending’ the package.

Order arrived products are missing or damanged?

We will do our best to help resolve this, please send us an email with full description of the problem and photo’s so that we may work to resolve this for you.  support@ofalchemy.com

I received my item but it looks different than on the website?

Because our items are often unique, handmade objects, each product may have slight variations.



What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your unused product in the original undamaged and/or unopened packaging. Before returning a product send us an email at support@ofalchemy.com so we can provide you with a return address and form.

Returns without the aforementioned form are not eligible for refunds. Additionally personal care and custom items are not returnable due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns on items that you dislike, or do not resignate with, therefore we do request that you shop with this in mind. 

Which carrier should I use to return my order?

You are free to use the carrier of your choice. Please note Of Alchemy is not responsible for loss or breakage of items, we strongly advise you to send items back insured and tracked.
