My Kyphi follows the ancient recipe found in Philae and one of the two at Edfu. It is a laboring of days preparing of waiting patiently for the aromas to steep, and Astro dynamic timing. At Edfu the ingredients represented the 16 pieces of Osiris, the days to steep also have meaning.
 
While not in the original lexicon I was inspired to add Blue lotus resin, absolute & flowers to pay homage to the Neteru. In ancient Egypt the rarer the materials the more “good” Kyphi becomes. There are some recipes with upwards of 50 ingredients the lexicon has been updated in recent years which is exciting, and allows for more variants to follow.
